Built for the North Texas real estate community
THE FLOWER MOUND
PITCH
Where local real estate opportunities get seen.

Agents from across brokerages sharing the opportunities that can create better outcomes for their clients—and their next transaction.
No sales pitches. No preferred relationships. Just opportunities.
✦ First & Third Tuesday (Twice each month)

Flower Mound, Texas
“Your clients don’t care which brokerage finds the connection. They care that you found it.”
Why The Pitch exists
Great opportunities shouldn’t stop at brokerage lines.
Agents throughout North Texas represent motivated sellers and qualified buyers, but many of those opportunities never connect. Listings remain inside individual networks. Buyer needs are shared only among small groups. Price changes get overlooked.
The right property and the right client can be closer than anyone realizes—yet separated by a logo on a business card.
One room. Multiple brokerages.
A marketplace for real opportunities.
A fast-moving, structured exchange of properties, buyer needs, and actionable market intelligence.

Preliminary event format
Who belongs in the room
Built for agents who bring something to the table.
You don’t need to arrive with a listing every time. You do need to arrive ready to contribute, connect, and help other professionals serve their clients.
This is for agents who…
- Represent active sellers
- Work with real buyers
- Know about legitimate upcoming opportunities
- Want exposure beyond their brokerage network
- Value local relationships and market intelligence
- Believe collaboration creates better client outcomes
This is not…
- A lender sales presentation
- A vendor expo
- A brokerage recruiting event
- An open microphone for lengthy self-promotion
- A place to distribute attendee information for solicitation
The community commitment
The value of the room comes first.
Agents from every brokerage are welcome.
Existing business relationships are respected.
No attendee list will be distributed for solicitation.
The room always comes before sponsor promotion.
Every property shared must be represented by an agent with a signed listing agreement.
By presenting an opportunity, the agent confirms that they are authorized to share it.

Founder & facilitator
Jim Juergens
With more than 20 years in the mortgage and real estate community, Jim created The Flower Mound Pitch around a simple belief: when good professionals share information, make introductions, and help one another solve problems, clients receive better outcomes.
Jim’s role is to facilitate the room, protect the format, identify possible connections, and help the community create opportunities—not to ask attendees to change the professional relationships they already value.

Good to know
Frequently asked questions.
Do I need to use Jim or one of the sponsors to attend?
No. Existing lender, title, brokerage, and vendor relationships are respected. Attendance carries no expectation of doing business with any event organizer or supporting partner.
Do I have to bring a listing?
No. You may bring a buyer need, lease, price opportunity, relevant market connection, or simply attend to listen and connect.
Can agents from any brokerage attend?
Yes. Cross-brokerage participation is one of the primary reasons The Flower Mound Pitch exists.
How long do pitches last?
Pitches are intentionally brief. Share the location or area, price, defining features, ideal buyer, timing, and the connection you hope to make.
How often does The Pitch meet?
Meetings are planned for the first and third Tuesday of each month from 4:00–5:00 PM Central Time.
Your next opportunity may already be in the room.
